If you’re searching to see what is the most affordable and delicious items on Ka Lui’s menu, I made a separate post about that here. Read and salivate! Hmmmm. 🙂 Now that we got that out of the way, let’s proceed to the tour!
Ka Lui Entrance
Ka Lui welcomes its customers with an artistic wooden gate with an ethnic vibe. It served as a sneak peak to the awesomeness that they have prepared when you get inside. They prefer reservations, instead of just walking in there, to make sure everyone gets serviced well.
Ka Lui asks it’s customers to go barefoot – a custom common in the house of many Filipinos. Remember when you had to remove your shoes when you went to your friend’s home? Yes, that’s how things are at Ka Lui too. I’d be lying if I say I wasn’t hesitant in leaving my awesome new shoes from Zalora behind because I was. I feared that they might get lost or stolen. The staff assured me that they won’t, so my feet’s soles rejoiced when I finally agreed to remove them. 🙂
Ka Lui Dining Area
When we finally got seated to our table, my friends and I had the same thought: too many Instagram-worthy areas! Whoot whoot! Depending on how many you are, (and if you request it, I guess?), you will be escorted to your table. We got the normal table setting, cause we’re boring like that! LOL
Ka Lui Wash Room
This is perhaps the prettiest comfort room I have ever seen in my entire foodie life! Normally (or not), people would take photos of themselves in a comfort room’s mirror, but Ka Lui’s was so pretty, I couldn’t help but focus on their interior design instead of looking the gorgeous being staring right back at me. Tee hee!
Ka Lui Shop & Photo Booth
For pasalubong lovers, they have a shop inside their restaurant, making it pretty convenient for those who no longer have time to go to the city. In front of the shop is a genius masterpiece… instead of cutting an old tree, they incorporated it into their restaurant’s look and created the perfect photo booth for their visitors. I told you, right? Instagram-worthy!Ka Lui Restaurant | 369 Rizal Avenue Puerto Princesa City Palawan | Reservation required.
